The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite Tenders from organisations that have the professional capability, resources, experience and personnel to provide an ICT Service Desk Function and Service Desk Management tool to service ICT users within SPARQ Solutions, Ergon Energy and ENERGEX.
The Service Desk is the single point of contact for all ICT user communications and will support a broad range of ICT services of different security levels, including networked desktop computing, mobile computing, networked and mobile telephone services and some audio visual services.

ITO - Ergon Energy (QLD) - Supply and Integration of a 3G/4G Cellular Data Wireless System
The scope of this Contract is to do everything required to design, supply, install, test and commission a 3G / 4G cellular data wireless system as follows:
Separable Portion 1 – provide the core network infrastructure in Townsville and a base station at Mt Stuart.
Separable Portion 2 – following completion of Separable Portion 1 and at Ergon Energy’s sole discretion, provide a redundant core installation in Rockhampton.
Separable Portion 3 – following completion of Separable Portion 1 and at Ergon Energy’s sole discretion, provide up to 160 additional base stations.
Separable Portion 4 – the supply of additional services and parts.

ITO - Ergon Energy (QLD) - SPARQ Solutions Business Intelligence Standing Offer Arrangement for SPARQ Solutions, Energex and Ergon
SPARQ Solutions requires experienced consultants to provide BI services for future specific Engagements. SPARQ Solutions will appoint the successful Offerors to a panel, from which consultants will be selected to deliver BI solutions where they are required, according to the consultant's suitability to meet the requirements of that particular project.
The Offerors will be required to identify their areas of experience and skill. When undertaking a particular Engagement, the successful Offerors will need to operate in a complex BI environment which is currently evolving. The activities of the successful Offerors will take place in an environment with concurrent BI projects using the same data warehouse and utilising the same infrastructure.

EOI - Ergon Energy (QLD) - Supply Chain Modelling
Ergon Energy is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified providers. This process has two stages. For this first stage of this EOI applicants are required to confirm their capacity and ability in accordance with the key selection criteria – pricing will not be required for this first stage. Applications will be evaluated and shortlisted and a closed tender for approximately 3 parties will subsequently be held with engagement due to commence no later than the end of June. The opportunity for product demonstrations and price submissions will be undertaken at this time for the initial work.

ITO - Ergon Energy (QLD) - Business Support Services Automation Payroll Data Upload
SPARQ Solutions is wanting to engage with a suitably qualified, GITC accredited, vendor for the supply of software and associated implementation services. The project is to enable the automatic uploading of manual and electronic timesheet data into an ERP integrated payroll system module.
SPARQ Solutions is the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) service provider to ENERGEX and the project will be implemented to benefit ENERGEX’s Business Support Services (BSS) team. Currently, BSS Support staff in over 20 locations (Queensland) to manually enter approximately 20,000 payroll transactions per month. The automation is intended to - reduce manual data entry, establish a platform for future automation, reduce operating costs and deliver greater efficiency.
The intended solution will be able to accurately upload -paper based or electronic l timesheet data into ENERGEX’s Mincom Ellipse system for financial transaction processing.
Data integrity, validation, reliability, confidentiality and security is imperative to the success of the solution as is minimising human interaction and avoiding rework as much as possible and meeting audit requirements. SPARQ Solutions is looking to enter into a multi-year relationship with a selected supplier.
