SPARQ Solutions requires experienced consultants to provide BI services for future specific Engagements. SPARQ Solutions will appoint the successful Offerors to a panel, from which consultants will be selected to deliver BI solutions where they are required, according to the consultant's suitability to meet the requirements of that particular project.

The Offerors will be required to identify their areas of experience and skill. The Multi Use List (the List) can be accessed by Australian Government agencies when considering the procurement of ICT management consultancy services. The intent of the project is to develop a comprehensive list of organisations that have the capability to provide ICT management consultancy services to Government agencies to assist in streamlining tender processes.

The Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO), Department of Finance and Deregulation has elected to extend the Management Consultants Multi Use List (original MUL ID Finance 01/2007) until 31 October 2011, with an option to extend on an annual basis.

Suppliers who have successfully applied for inclusion on the list need not re-apply.

The Department of Internal Affairs (the Department), through its Government Technology Services business group (GTS), is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of commercial and supply management services.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) process is intended to lead to the establishment of a panel of suppliers that can provide these services to the Department on an as required and non-exclusive basis.
The ultimate number of panel members for each panel is likely to depend on the nature and quality of responses. Full-service providers, niche consultancy firms, and independent contractors are encouraged to submit proposals.

GTS is establishing this panel to complement its permanent employees where there is a need for non-permanent or non fixed-term resources. The future demand for commercial and supply management services is expected to be significant given GTS’s role in respect of Government’s ICT policy.

ASIC is seeking to establish a Panel of providers who have the necessary skills and capacity to provide Professional IT Services required by ASIC on an 'as needs basis'. ASIC anticipates appointing approximately six to eight members to the Panel. However, the number of Panel members appointed will be at ASIC's sole discretion.

Panel members will be required to provide Services across one or more of the

following Categories of Services:

• program consultancy services
  
• continuous improvement services;
• application consultancy services;
• telecommunications consultancy services; and
• technical consultancy services,

Panel members may be required to provide the Services at any ASIC site across Australia.

The successful tenderer(s) may also be required to provide the Services to the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee and other Agencies.

When determining the composition of the Panel, ASIC will take into account the range of Categories of Services offered by tenderers to ensure that the Panel covers the range of Services required or likely to be required under the Panel arrangement. This does not mean that all tenderers must be capable of providing the Services across all categories of Service, rather that the Panel as a whole must be capable of covering all Categories of Service.
