This Request for Proposals (RFP) process is intended to lead to the establishment of a panel of suppliers that can provide these services to the Department on an as required and non-exclusive basis.
The ultimate number of panel members for each panel is likely to depend on the nature and quality of responses. Full-service providers, niche consultancy firms, and independent contractors are encouraged to submit proposals.
GTS is establishing this panel to complement its permanent employees where there is a need for non-permanent or non fixed-term resources. The future demand for commercial and supply management services is expected to be significant given GTS’s role in respect of Government’s ICT policy.
