SPARQ Solutions is the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) service provider to ENERGEX and the project will be implemented to benefit ENERGEX’s Business Support Services (BSS) team. Currently, BSS Support staff in over 20 locations (Queensland) to manually enter approximately 20,000 payroll transactions per month. The automation is intended to - reduce manual data entry, establish a platform for future automation, reduce operating costs and deliver greater efficiency.
The intended solution will be able to accurately upload -paper based or electronic l timesheet data into ENERGEX’s Mincom Ellipse system for financial transaction processing.
Data integrity, validation, reliability, confidentiality and security is imperative to the success of the solution as is minimising human interaction and avoiding rework as much as possible and meeting audit requirements. SPARQ Solutions is looking to enter into a multi-year relationship with a selected supplier.
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is Phase 1 of the “BSS Automation Strategy Program” for Payroll Data upload. Other Phase(s) have not been defined. Please note, it is possible the successful offerer for this RFT will be engaged for further Phase(s) of work.
