ICT Leads and Proposals CRM - Functionality included

Yesterday we introduced our ICT Leads and Proposals CRM.  We're getting good response from visitors to our site, but thought we would provide a bit more detail about what's inside the application. The screen shot at the left shows the default home screen.  This is where the application lands you after a successful login.  The screen is configurable to allow other information to be displayed if preferred. Click on the images to get a bigger view of each screen shot.

This screen shot shows the Account tab.  This tab provides a listing of the government agencies that are being tracked by ICT Leads and Proposals.  Clicking an agency will take you to a summary of the information available on that agency, including any tenders or contracts loaded for the agency, contact information as well as links to notifications published by the agency.

This screen drills down to the agency level. This pane shows the basic agency details including address and phone number.  Other information not shown on this screen shot includes agency contacts, contract details, tender details.

Tomorrow we will look at the contract and tender screens and the information that they provide.

In the meantime, email us for more detail at enquiries@customerman.com.au or by phone to (03) 9014 9610.
