NSW Businesslink is requesting information from suitably qualified vendors for the provision of Field Service Workforce and Mobility Management Solutions for Home Care Service of NSW.
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify vendors of technology for mobile workforce management solutions that will enable field-based workforce and administrative staff to be more effective in the coordination and delivery of Family and Community Services to the NSW public.
The responding vendors will have demonstrated understanding and be highly experienced in the provision of the following products / services to large enterprise class organisations in both Corporate and Government sectors:
· Field Service Workforce Management application software,
· Mobile Field Service application software & devices and
· Service Capacity / Budget Management and Resource Planning application software.
