RFQ - Department of Health and Human Services (TAS) - Royal Hobart Hospital Specialist Clinics - Auto Arrival System

The Royal Hobart Hospital is seeking to implement an Auto Arrival System for use in Specialist Clinics. The Specialist Clinic is currently located within the RHH campus but will move to The Wellington Centre in Argyle Street around mid 2012. It is intended to introduce the Auto Arrival System in Specialist Clinics at this time.

The Auto Arrival System is intended to:

• Ease queuing problems

• Help patients find their way around the clinic area

• Reduce demand on reception services

• Improve the patient experience

• Support improved utilisation reporting

• Integrate with the patient administration system
