RTA seeks EOI from multimedia and digital technology specialists with the view to establishing a panel of experts to provide quality, cost effective services (non-marketing) to the RTA.
EOI are sought from specialists who have expertise in one or more of the following technologies: 3D animation, digital/web development and video streaming services.
