The Joint Electronic Warfare Operational Support Unit (JEWOSU) has an existing application called JEWD (Joint Electronic Warfare reprogramming Database). JEWD is the Australian Defence Force (ADF) EW reprogramming database and it is being redeveloped from an Oracle Forms paradigm to a web-centric one utilizing Oracle’s JDeveloper toolset. Enhancements and new features will also be added to the JEWD application and it needs to be progressed from the Software Requirements Specification stage, through development, and implementation.
JEWOSU requires the services of 2 Contractor personnel to conduct the following services.
a. review of the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) Document;
b. on going analysis where required to incorporate new features to the database in consultation with JEWOSU technical staff and user representatives;
c. design and build of Oracle database structures where required;
d. assist with the conversion of JEWD through the JDeveloper application development toolset;
e. assist in Technical Integrated Testing and User Testing of the application;
f. provision of all supporting technical documentation where required; andwork within a larger team of technical developers.
