This contract is for an electronic concession verification system for travel by persons eligible for Taxi/WAT travel concessions under the Transport Access Scheme. This will involve the secure production, supply and distribution of authorised client devices, e.g. card, secure automated in-taxi TAS transactions including client and trip validation linked to the taxi meter; and data processing, financial reconciliations and payment clearing house facilities.
