Servicing for the Departmental websites involves a variable load, made up of proactive and reactive projects and tasks as well as expected maintenance and regular tasks. The nature of the Department’s portfolio is such that timeliness, responsiveness and quality are critical to all service delivery.PM&C also currently services in excess of 40 corporate and area specific applications across a range of technologies.In addition to the current websites and applications listed, new websites and applications are likely to be required during the period of the panel.It is PM&C’s intention that the successful Tenderers will:
a. Provide services to support PM&C and PM&C’s portfolio agencies business needs and service delivery requirements;
b. Be responsive to PM&C’s changing business and environment;
c. Continuously seek to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the services and their delivery;
d. Provide efficiency gains to PM&C;
e. Have, and continue to have and develop, the skills, qualifications and experience to provide the services in an efficient and controlled manner with a high degree of quality and responsiveness; and
f. Provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Deed of Standing Offer.
