EOI - Worksafe Victoria (VIC) - Premium Calculation Solution
This project represents the first part of a multi-year program to replace the egacy premium system ACCtion by leveraging best of breed marketplace solutions for Premium rules processing. This project specifically deals with implementing the Premium Order calculations into the IBM ILOG Business Rules Management System and the IBM Enterprise Integration Platform solution, and to make the calculator available to employers online.

The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a Respondent or Respondents that can provide an integrated insurance technology solution that will enable the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) to meet customer needs with flexible products and services.
The end state achieved by the technology solution will have the following capabilities:

• Campaign Management
• Channel Management
• Customer Management
• Customer Segmentation
• Data Management
• Debt Management
• Document Management
• Policy Management
• Product Configuration and Modelling
• Product Management
• Reporting
• Sales Management and Quoting
• Underwriting
• Workflow Management
ACC is seeking a solution that supports standard insurance policy administration, customer relationship management, product management and revenue management functions that are integrated with claims management and other operational systems to provide a single view of the customer.
