RFP - Dept of Corrections (NZ) - Professional Services

Proposals are called by the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections, under this Request for Proposal for the provision of Professional Services, a range of specialist professional consultancy services in areas including (but not limited to):

• finance and accounting
• Information Technology (IT)
• human resources/organisational development/organisational reviews
• strategy and policy
• procurement and commercial
• risk analysis and management.

For the purpose of this RFP, Professional Services do not include:

• construction related consultancy services
• legal services
• annual audit of financial statements and the annual report
• contractors engaged to supplement or substitute permanent staff
• those IT delivery services provided through the Department’s current IT outsourcing contract.

It is intended that this procurement will establish a panel of Professional Services providers capable of providing a broad range of Professional Services on an as required basis.
