The tool would need to be able to link with the current recruitment website, manage bulk assessments (500+), and will need to identify specific skills and behavioural attributes identified by the NZFS as relevant to the fire fighter role. Ranking and detailed reporting will be required.
The application and its results will need to have the ability to integrate with any RMS system the NZFS may employ in the future.
It should be noted that this project is very much at the inception stage, and the information gained from this ROI will be used to determine whether a business case will be raised and the project moved forward.
