The Centrelink IT Learning Team, People Development and Learning Branch (IT Learning), coordinates the delivery of priority IT Technical training to employees working in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Group. IT Learning has identified the delivery of training in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Qualification Scheme as an ongoing service requirement.
To ensure Centrelink has the ability to schedule cost effective training utilising a range of Providers and venue options, Centrelink is seeking to establish a Panel of ITIL Training Providers.
The requirement specifically covers the delivery of training in the following Qualifications:
- ITIL V3 Foundation in IT Service Management;
- ITIL V3 Intermediate Service Capability Module - Service, Offerings and Agreement;
- ITIL V3 Intermediate Service Capability Module - Release, Control and Validation;
- ITIL V3 Intermediate Service Capability Module - Operational, Support and Analysis; and
- ITIL V3 Intermediate Service Capability Module Planning, Protection and Optimisation.
Tenderers are invited to submit a Tender for:
- the whole of the requirement (all listed Qualifications in all states);
- all Qualifications in states nominated by the Tenderer; or
- individual Qualifications in states nominated by the Tenderer.
