RFP - Dept of Internal Affairs (NZ) - Provision, implementation and support of a grant and client management system

The Department of Internal Affairs (the Department) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of an off the shelf grant and client management system (the Product) together with implementation and support services. In addition, each proposal will be subject to an initial assessment for compliance with the following mandatory requirements:

The Solution must:

• be capable of being efficiently integrated into the Department’s technology environment;
• be able to be implemented by configuration only, or by configuration and minimal bespoke development; and
• once implemented, be able to be configured, managed and maintained operationally by the Department;

The Respondent must:

• provide an assurance that a fully featured pilot of the system can be commissioned on or before the end of November 2010 (and will be held to that assurance in the signed Agreement); and
• provide evidence of a reference site for a successful implementation of the system in another organisation; and
• all data used in or generated by the system must be capable of being hosted within New Zealand and remain the property of the Department.
