Proposals are invited for Open Access Fibre to the Home Network and Services to cover the whole of the Fitzgibbon Chase Development area comprising around 1,500 homes together with some commercial and community elements. Proponents need to address the issues set out in the Request for Proposal in the offer documentation along with the selection criteria.
