The Ministerial Council on Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs (MCEECDYA), through the Queensland Government Department of Education and Training is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations and/or consortia to undertake central data analysis and reporting for the purpose of measuring and reporting on the achievement of Australian students in Year 3, 5, 7 and 9 in the reading, writing, literacy and numeracy learning areas for the 2010 National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN).
