RFT - Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy (AUS) - ICT Managed Services

In general, the scope of the work is limited to the Department’s business operations. This includes:

1. Support for all Registered and Active Users of the Department’s ICT and voice equipment and Software, regardless of their physical location;
2. Operation, management and support of the Department’s authorised ICT and voice equipment and Software regardless of its physical location; and
3. Additional Services from time to time.
