- Provide an on-line performance management and development system that is customised to meet the Principal’s requirements
- Working with the Principal’s representatives, define the workflows, forms and reporting requirements for the system
- Provide administrative training to nominated representatives.
- Provide assistance with the development of training modules for end-users.
- Provide on-going system support to the Principal’s representatives.
