The State Services Commissioner is seeking proposals to setup a database and reporting tool to benchmark results for State Service agencies who are using the Common Measurements Tool (CMT). The Commissioner’s detailed requirements are set out in the Appendices.
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) sets out the general requirements for the services, together with the terms and conditions for submitting a proposal.
