This document specifies the technical requirements for the supply and installation of video conferencing system rollout for Family Court of Australia, at the following sites:
· Darwin Courtroom 1
· Hobart Courtroom 7
· Dandenong Courtroom 4
· Cairns Courtroom 1
The Family Court of Australia (the Court) reserves the right, at its' absolute discretion, to use the successful Tenderer to provide similar services at other courtrooms, and in other locations, to meet future requirements. To facilitate this requirement the successful Tenderer will be engaged under the terms and conditions of a Deed of Standing Offer.
