AUSTRAC currently utilises a number of custom build and commercial tools across its different Intelligence Business Units to support analysis and Case Management. AUSTRAC is looking for a package within the analytics, Case and Workflow Management space that it can use across its Intelligence Branch. The package must support the following project objectives:
1. Continuity of Case Management across all Intelligence business units.
2. Cross business unit synergies through effective Intelligence sharing (as well as reduced duplication).
3. Greater management visibility of activities and greater work management and assignment flexibility.
4. Improved Intelligence product quality with reduced data collation and analysis effort.
When responding Respondents are requested to identify how their package is uniquely able to deliver on AUSTRAC requirements. In delivering these objectives the package must enable AUSTRAC to maintain it's reputation as a global leader in collecting, analysing and disseminating financial intelligence.
