The purpose of this Request for Tenders is to select a vendor to contract with for the provision of consultancy services to project manage the implementation of a financial management information system (FMIS).
The primary role of the project manager will be to establish the project team, develop the project charter and other associated project documentation, manage the different streams of the project including producing regular reporting on project progress and to manage the scope and change management activities. The implementation of the solution selected by the Department will likely result in changes to business processes that will affect a number of individuals across the entire business. Accordingly, the successful implementation of the solution will require a level of change management experience.
