The District Health Boards require Fleet Optimisation Services in order to understand their current vehicle fleet utilisation levels. DHBs also wish to obtain recommendations about optimal vehicle fleet numbers including an implementation approach and roadmap. This information will enable DHBs to further optimise their vehicle fleet. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite suitably experienced and skilled suppliers to submit a proposal for the provision of the Services in order to help DHBs to improve their vehicle fleet utilisation. The Services will ideally include the:
(a) provision of fleet tracking technology;
(b) tracking, data collection and analysis of current vehicle fleet utilisation for each DHB;
(c) provision of an online analysis tool for DHB usage; and
(d) submission of a recommendation report providing details about optimal fleet numbers, the most suitable implementation approach and roadmap.
