RFI - Standards NZ - Replacement of Core Business Software and Systems

Over the next three to five years, Standards New Zealand (SNZ) is developing a set of integrated information, communication, and technology (ICT) services to meet the evolving and dynamic needs of our changing business. These services need to be underpinned by systems and infrastructure to support our operation as New Zealand’s pre-eminent Standards developer and national Standards body.

SNZ is embarking on a programme of work to replace the following core software and systems:

• Enterprise performance management system
• Desktop operating system
• Webshop services.

And to enhance the functionality of the following existing systems:

• HR system
• Project management
• Service management
• Customer management
• Product management.

This RFI is being undertaken by SNZ in order to identify solutions that are supported in the New Zealand market place and which fit with the organisation’s high level requirements to maximise the value of its information sources and business goals.

The intention of this RFI is to:

• Acquire information about systems and solutions
• Acquire information about integration and interfaces to these systems and solutions
• Acquire information about the providers and support of systems and solutions
• Acquire indicative information about implementation resources available.
