Treasury and Finance, on behalf of Western Australian Public Authorities, seeks to establish a Common Use Arrangement (CUA) for the provision of Information and Communication (ICT) Services. The CUA has been developed to replace the SPIRIT framework. The CUA will be mandatory for Western Australian Public Authorities within the Perth Metropolitan area (as defined by State Supply Commission Buy Local Policy Zone 1).
