The objective of this RFP is the provision of a Learning Management System (LMS). An LMS is software for delivering, tracking and managing training/education, and is to be a one-stop-shop for staff learning and development across the Department (including delivery of online e-learning content).
The LMS is expected to replace the existing learning and development functions/systems.
A successful repondent will be expected to provide:
• A suitable Learning Management System (see Appendix B)
• Assistance with migrating historical data into the new system
• Suitable support for the duration of the contract
• Integration with other Department systems and databases as required
