Provision of centralised support services to Defence’s Restricted, Secret and Top Secret Networks, that is, those functions that can be performed from a central location across the networks. This includes service desk, server and network operations, and tasking of Defence’s on-site field services provider. It includes some voice services elements as well as ITSM capability development services.
