The eBICC’s primary role has developed to facilitate the uptake of eBusiness and web service technologies and processes. This capability will be delivered by making key competencies available to projects, knowledge transfer to APS staff and other initiatives that seek to leverage the Defence Online Services Domain (DOSD) and the Defence Intranet and Internet environments.
The Supplier shall provide a Capability Development Manager, eBusiness Stakeholder Manager and an eBusiness Technical Architect who will work to the Director Web and eBusiness Applications.
