RFT Closing 18 May 06 - Commonwealth Dept of Defence - Planning Engineer for Identify Management and other project

Directorate of Identity Management and Messaging seeks a Planning Engineer for involvement in all of its associated projects including; JP2099 Identity Management - Project CERTE Phase 1, JP2054 Military Messaging Handling System, Defence Formal Messaging Services – Life of Type Extension, Name Alignment, Simplified Logon and Public Key infrastructure.

Services for these projects will include development of technical architectural frameworks, engagement with stakeholders for architectural and integration issues and assisting in identification of policy gaps and development of workable solutions.

The Planning Engineer will also be required to assist in evaluation of the JP2099 RFP, the development and subsequent evaluation of the RFT and the development of Capability Proposal Second Pass documentation.
