RFT - City of Yarra (VIC) - Performance and Development Review System

Yarra City Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of a computer software based Performance and Development Review System. The Performance and Development Review System will be capable of providing comprehensive support for the administration and execution of all phases of the PDR Process, including:

• Support and encouragement of regular, face to face performance and development conversations between supervisors and staff at Yarra
• A centralised, integrated system for confidentially recording the results of and providing the basis for these conversations
• Easy to use reporting tools used to better assess PDR completion rates and inform the provision of learning and development programs and opportunities
• Integration and alignment with the corporate level strategic plan and KPIs relative to the employee level
• Integration with councils organisation hierarchy/structure as defined in our Human Resource Management Information System (CHRIS21)

The PDR System will form an element of Council’s Information Technology (IT) and Human Resource (HR) Strategies and will support Council’s organisational and business requirements.

In the Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE), business planning is part of a strategic management approach focussed around planning, delivering and evaluating outcomes and performance, with risk management being implicit in all of those areas.

DSE is seeking to improve the capability of and support available to managers across the department for business planning, performance management and reporting through the implementation of an integrated information technology solution, so that consistent and reliable information is readily available to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

RFT - TransGrid (NSW) - On-line Performance Management

The Principal seeks to appoint a Contractor to:

• Provide an on-line performance management and development system that is customised to meet the Principal’s requirements
• Working with the Principal’s representatives, define the workflows, forms and reporting requirements for the system
• Provide administrative training to nominated representatives.
• Provide assistance with the development of training modules for end-users.
• Provide on-going system support to the Principal’s representatives.
