1. Undertake interviews with key contacts
2. Assessment of Systems
a) Current / recent performance issues
b) Potential serious performance issues
c) Ability of systems to operate in proposed upgraded environment (Details at attachment C)
3. Health check of each system to determine (given assumptions or conditions)
· Likely longevity without upgrades or enhancement
· Minimum enhancements and cost of enhancements required to extend longevity
· Identification of technical infrastructure upgrades likely to increase performance risks for the system
Recommendation on which systems need to be addressed from a technical perspective in order of priority

Invited RFT - Dept of Services, Technology & Administration (NSW) - Webinar Services
NSW Industrial Relations run a series of seminars on industrial relations topics each year for private sector employers. Presenters travel to metropolitan and regional locations in the state to deliver these seminars.
Proposed Arrangements
It is envisaged that the seminars will be delivered by a web based solutions over the internet. It is expected that this will enable presenters to reach more locations and deliver better value for the private sector employers of New South Wales.
A secondary function of solution will be the ability to provide education and run meetings to the distributed regional offices of the organisation. The above functions will save staff time and costs associated with regional travel, such as fares, petrol, car maintenance and accommodation.
