Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the replacement of audio / video amplification and recording system currently in use in the City’s Council Chambers.
Council will conduct a compulsory briefing, followed by a site inspection, for Respondents to be held at 9am Monday 26th September 2011 atBankstown Council Chambers, Corner Chapel Road and The Mall, Bankstown.

RFT - Bankstown City Council (NSW) - Supply, Delivery and Installation of Multifunctional Machines

Bankstown City Council will be replacing its entire fleet of laser printer and multifunction devices over a 4 year period. Each year a designated number of devices will be replaced and setup as part of Council's network resources.

The aim of this Tender is to select one (1) preferred supplier for the supply, delivery and installation of new printers and multifunction devices, as well as removal and disposal of the existing equipment.

There will be 65 devices in total and the number of devices to be installed per the year. A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by the Council are set out in section 2 of this Request.

RFT - Bankstown City Council (NSW) - Provision of WAN Links

The aim of this tender is to provide the following benefits to Bankstown Council:
  1. High Availability - to ensure a single site failure or single link failure will not impact the other sites.
  2. High reliability- to ensure the service provided have a high reliability.
  3. Single point of contact – to ensure that Bankstown Council IT personnel have a single point of contact for the ease of establishing both fault ownership and repairs.
  4. Increased visibility – to be able to quickly see the status of each WAN link and site.
  5. Reduced Cost – to be able to reduce the overall cost of operating and managing the network by volume.
