RFT - Department of Defence (AUS) - Provision of a Portable Multi-Channel Radio Frequency Satellite Link Emulator

Satellite Communications Discipline in Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence Division, Defence Science and Technology Organisation require a readily portable multi-channel Radio Frequency Satellite Link emulator to support the research and development activities of the Discipline.  The Satellite Link Emulator, with input/output Radio Frequency functionality, will emulate link characteristics such as Delay, True Doppler and Fading.
