RFT - New Zealand Fire Service (NZ) - HR Recruitment Management Solution

NZFS has a 5 year People Strategy (2010-2015) and is in the process of developing an integrated HRIS Strategy to support these initiatives. In lieu of the completion of the HRIS Strategy the priority of a Recruitment Management System has been identified.
NZFS wishes to purchase a solution to improve the process of this key HR function with a view to implementing it ahead of the overall HRIS solution and integration into the wider HRIS solution architecture.

The NZFS wants to automate our recruitment processes from end to end, including managing prospective candidates, the application and screening process, assessments, candidate notifications, process tracking and reference checking as well as reporting.
