The Ministry of Justice is seeking proposals from Vendors for the supply of a Mobile Communications, Personal Alarm and Monitoring solution for a period of up to three years, with possible extensions thereafter.
The Ministry is seeking proposals from Vendors for the supply of personal alarms, monitoring services and communications related to the exercise of District Court bailiffs’ powers.
The Ministry provides bailiffs with safeguards to minimise risk of harm. Those safeguards include procedures such as risk assessments, and regular “calling in” to the Collections office at the relevant District Court. Comprehensive health and safety training is also provided to every bailiff.
The existing solution was implemented in 2005, and the Ministry is now interested in identifying new options for the delivery of these services.
