Massey University is seeking proposals for the delivery, installation, removal, decommissioning, disposal, warranty repair and installation stock management services of desktop and laptop computers on an as-and-when-required basis for staff and T&L Rooms on its Albany, Manawatu and Wellington Campuses.

RFP - Massey University (NZ) - Network Access and Distribution Layer Switch Upgrades

This RFP is issued to replace end of life network equipment from within the University’s network access and distribution layers over the next three to four years.

Additional network distribution layer infrastructure may be sought to progress a resilient network design. Implementation services required includes installation of new equipment, pre-audit and re-cabling of switches, disposal of obsolete equipment and documentation of the frame and may be further extended to include cabinet and UPS upgrades (hardware supplied).

A final requirement for the overall support and maintenance of both new and existing network infrastructure is also required.

Massey University (Massey) is seeking information on potential providers of containerised data centre facilities to supplement Massey’s existing data centre infrastructure.

The purpose of this RFI is to assess Respondent capabilities to fabricate, configure, implement, test and deliver a containerised data centre in accordance with the configuration and specifications set out in our RFI document.

RFP - Massey University (NZ) - Asset Management System

Massey University wishes to receive proposals from organisations having the capability to provide and support an Asset Management System to assist with Asset Management and Planning at the University.

The University for some time has been seeking to move towards full enterprise asset management. The goals to be achieved are strategic, in terms of more timely and accurate planning information, and operational, in terms of more efficient and effective management of asset procurement, development, maintenance, refurbishment, disposal and associated evaluation, recording and reporting processes.
