RFT - Australian Film Television and Radio School (AUS) - Online Learning Environment

AFTRS is seeking to develop an Online Learning Environment (OLE) in order to provide a unified environment for the School's online teaching and learning resources.  The system will store and display a wide range of media resources from text through to video, audio and still images to enhance teaching and learning at AFTRS.
The OLE will encourage more academic rigour through improved documentation and communication of curriculum, lesson plans, assessment criteria and course learning resources.  It will be used to build and curate a range of digital assets ranging from course resources and information to student work.
The system will be designed to be accessible and easy to use by everyone, regardless of their computer skills.  It will feature a distributed authoring system allowing tiered access to content creation and moderation by staff and students.
This RFP is seeking the developer to work with AFTRS in building the OLE.  Development of requirements and wireframes has been done in-house including testing of these wireframes through clickable prototypes.  These requirements and wireframes are now at a stage where development work can commence almost immediately with the successful respondent.
