RFT - Dept of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment (TAS) - Scanning and Digitisation of Land Information

This scanning project is part of the Information and Land Services Division  Archive and Storage Strategy Project. The project has been identified for completion within the Office of theValuer General and requires the conversion of approximately 270,000 valuation files held in 2,808 B5 size folders consisting of single and double sided pages in various colours, condition and formats many of which are fragile, aged, in poor condition and low legibility into indexed digital PDF images.

RFT - Dept of Primary Industry, Parks, Water and the Environment (TAS) - Scanning and Digitisation of Land Information

The Information and Land Services Division of the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment has a large number of paper records that are valuable both as working records and as historical records. This scanning project covers the digital conversion of LTO diagrams, plans and survey notes and has been identified for completion as part of the Divisions Archive and Storage Strategy Project.

RFP - Land Information New Zealand (NZ) - Digitisation of Historical Records

In this Request for Proposal (RFP), Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) seeks proposals from Service Providers with the necessary skills and expertise to digitise fragile historical records and provide index metadata to allow the images to be searched electronically.

The records which LINZ has included in the RFP are Index and Register Books and Record Cards. Details on the location, volumes and specifications are included in the documents attached in Appendix A.

Respondents may apply to digitise records in one or more of the locations specified however, respondents should make it clear at the start of their proposal which location(s) their organisation is applying for.
