RFT - Dept of Mines and Petroleum (WA) - Business Systems Training Program

The Department of Mines and Petroleum has developed a range of fully integrated Business Systems to improve service delivery to its customers and ensure efficient utilisation of resources. The effective usage of these systems is critical to achieving and maintaining a high standard of service delivery and in improving delivery of Government outcomes, such as approval processes. Each corporate system included in the training program has a user guide.

There is a current contract to deliver a training program for these corporate systems.

This Request is for a new two year period for that training program.

RFT - Dept of Mines & Petroleum (WA) - Supply, Delivery and Maintenance of Application Performance Monitoring

The DMP is seeking submissions for the provision, installation, configuration and maintenance of an Application Performance Monitoring product. The DMP has an existing monitoring platform in place covering basic server performance metrics (using NetIQ AppManager). Submissions for the Application Performance Monitoring product should aim to supplement the functionality of Net IQ AppManager to provide both deeper and broader levels of information in relation to end-user application behaviour.

RFT - Dept of Mines & Petroleum - Supply of Sale (POS) Touch Screen Terminals

The Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) is seeking ten (10) point of sale (POS) terminals to install at its nine regional offices and one at the Perth head office.

These machines will handle revenue collected at each site using the existing POS system 'Retail Touch'.
