RFT - Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Authority (AUS) - Extranet (SharePoint 2010) Implementation and Support Services

The Authority's objectives for SharePoint 2010 are two fold:

• Implement the Authority's Extranet that will replace the current cop.donatelife.gov.au Portal (user authentication required), re-engineer data entry input and introduce collaboration through the Extranet.
• Provide the appropriate skill groups for the requirement gathering, technical project management, installation, configuration, testing guidance and initial support of the implementation.

The Authority's Extranet will support the nine measures of the national reform package. The aim is to establish Australia as a world leader in best practice organ and tissue donation for transplantation and to achieve a significant and lasting increase in the number of life-saving and life-transforming.

The Authority's website www.donatelife.gov.au was launched on 1 November 2009 and is an integral tool for implementing the National Reform Package. The website currently operates using a privately owned content management system. The Authority now requires web development, support and maintenance services to ensure the website continues to effectively support, inform and engage with key stakeholders.
