Last week we introduced our CRM product and showed screenshots for the agency and proposals/contracts tabs.
Today we are featuring the vendor tabs and the data that is available through them.
Each contract is associated with a vendor (or supplier). The vendor record is visible in the proposals/contracts tab, but a more interesting view is enabled through the vendors tab which summarises the contact data held for the vendor as well as the contracts that have been published by the government agencies for that vendor.
The screenshot at the right shows the general contact information for the vendor.
The screenshot at the left shows the detailed contract data held for a vendor published by the government agencies. As this data is related to both a vendor and an agency, it is possible to navigate from the vendor to the contract and back to the agency to gain a complete understanding of where vendors are winning business in government and what individual agencies have been buying.
