Since 2005, Lotterywest operated an OXE version Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise PABX R7.0 patch level 15.
A combination of wireless and fixed phones are utilised in the various call groups throughout the business.
Further to this, Lotterywest have a call centre interface between the PABX equipment and the business systems (SAP), referred to as Genesys.
It is envisaged that several operating system versions as well as hardware and application levels along with the Genesys product5 be upgraded to further enhance the functionality of the existing equipment and provide ongoing support interfaces.
