RFT - Lotterywest (WA) - Maintenance of IBM Hardware & Software
Lotterywest are seeking a comprehensive 24/7 with 4 hour response time maintenance and support agreement for our IBM hardware and software situated over two sites at Osborne Park (HBP) and Subiaco (HH). The agreement would include phone technical support, troubleshooting with priority setting and escalation.
