RFT - Dept of Health (VIC) - HealthSMART Service Desk Solution

The Department of Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced vendor to provide HealthSMART’s Service Desk Solution.
The Department of Health is seeking the best value for money Service Desk Solution that will support HealthSMART
  • facilitating a robust, integrated and centralised approach to the management of IT incidents, service requests, problems, changes and customer communications in order to maximise service availability;
  • providing a user-friendly self-service web portal to its customers and suppliers.
The Service Desk Solution should have the potential to be utilised by Agencies within the VPHS either hosted by HealthSMART in a multi-tenanted environment or hosted locally by an Agency as a Stand-alone instance, noting that there is no commitment for Agencies to utilise this contract for their Service Desk Solution needs.
The Service Desk Solution should have the potential to integrate with, or interface to in real-time, other Service Desk systems and additional Service Management Capabilities that may be implemented by the Department of Health and Agencies for the full life-cycle management of ICT assets.
