The Ministry for the Environment invites you to submit a quotation to design and implement a software tool that estimates the impact of different rule sets on New Zealand’s reported greenhouse gas emissions in specific target years, and the corresponding economic cost to New Zealand of emissions targets calculated in accordance with those rules.
