The scope is expected to include:
(a) “Commercial-off-the-shelf” (COTS) Asset Maintenance Work Management software;
(b) Software development services to build or enhance application functions to meet RoadTek’s mandatory requirements;
(c) Software configuration services to configure the application for RoadTek’s environment;
(d) Software implementation services to assist with the training required to deploy the application;
(e) Software maintenance services for provision of application bug fixes and updates for the operational life of the application; and
(f) Software support services for provision of application support for operational life of the application;
The form of the final contract will be based on Government Information Technology Contracting Framework (GITC) and is expected to be a three year Customer Contract with two optional one year extensions.
