RFP - University of Otago (NZ) - EDRMS Strategy Consulting Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite external companies and consultant to submit their proposals to University of Otago with information on their skills, services and experience in providing consulting services to develop an EDRMS strategy.

The University of Otago requires a strategy for implementing an Electronic Document and Records Management system and any associated business changes. This project will complete a high-level review of our current situation and an analysis of available solutions in order to develop a strategy which the University can then implement. We are seeking an appropriately skilled external consultant to undertake this work.
