Upon establishment of the new Central Coast Water Corporation, water related assets and services will be transferred from both Gosford and Wyong Councils to the new entity. This presents an opportunity to review the current Information Technology environments in both Gosford and Wyong Councils and as such the organisations are seeking solutions which provide synergies between the three organisations.
Submissions should where possible focus on leveraging the investments already made by Councils however this needs to be balanced against strong benefits from strategic changes to the environments.
This EOI will assist the existing water supply authorities (Wyong and Gosford councils) in developing a select list of prospective providers, to be invited to formally tender for integration components and business systems, as described further in this EOI document. As the forecast transition activities are divided into phases spanning several years, prospective providers that are able to assist the three parties plan, execute and manage the technology transition and associated business transformation journey are sought.
